Terracotta Cream Casual Hike Invite

A casual invitation email template for a light hike, styled in terracotta and cream tones with paper, trail, and string-light motifs that build a warm scene. Instead of a stiff meeting notice, it first explains why you want to meet, then covers the plan, flexible timing, what to bring, and a backup option, closing with a low-pressure way to confirm. Great for inviting friends to a hike, picnic, board game night, or a short weekend outing.
