Disclaimer
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
Welcome to (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Please read and fully understand this entire disclaimer before using the Platform’s AI email generation and forwarding services.
I. Nature of Services
-
AI Content Generation Tool: The Platform is an AI‑assisted tool that generates HTML email text based on user‑input email requirements (including but not limited to recipient, subject, body content, etc.) through artificial intelligence technology. The Platform supports email content generation in three languages: Chinese Simplified, English, and Spanish.
-
Email Forwarding Service: To simplify user operations, the Platform may forward emails via its configured SMTP service based on the recipient information provided by the user. This forwarding service is essentially a technical channel service – i.e., it delivers the user‑confirmed email content to the designated recipients per user instructions. The Platform provides SMTP forwarding only for Chinese content; sending of English and Spanish emails shall be completed by the user independently.
-
Platform Role: Throughout the entire service process, the Platform acts as a technology tool provider and a neutral information transmission channel. It does not participate in content creation (content is generated by AI based on user instructions), does not intervene in recipient selection (specified by the user), and does not modify user‑confirmed email content.
II. Content Source and Responsibility
-
Content is User‑Driven: All email content elements – including subject, body, recipient information, sender signature – are generated or directly specified by the user through input instructions. AI‑generated content is strictly based on user instructions; the Platform does not make substantive modifications or interventions to user input.
-
User Responsibility for Content: Users bear full legal responsibility for all email content generated and sent through the Platform. The Platform does not provide any guarantee as to the legality, truthfulness, accuracy, or appropriateness of the email content generated, used, forwarded, or disseminated by users.
-
Limitations of AI‑Generated Content: AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for specific scenarios. Users shall independently judge and review all AI‑generated content and bear final responsibility for content review. For content generated in English or Spanish, users should pay special attention to linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
-
Prohibited Content: Users may not use the Platform to generate, send, or disseminate any email content that violates applicable laws and regulations, offends public order and good morals, or infringes upon others’ lawful rights, including but not limited to:
- Pornographic, violent, gambling, drug‑related, or other illegal information
- False advertising, fraudulent messages, phishing emails, impersonation emails
- Defamatory, insulting, threatening, harassing, or other content infringing upon others’ rights
- Unauthorised commercial promotion, spam, bulk marketing emails
- Content infringing upon others’ intellectual property, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights
- Viruses, malware, or other content that may compromise recipient system security
-
AI Content Risk Disclaimer: The Platform does not warrant the originality or copyright ownership of AI‑generated content. If users need to ensure copyright legality of email content, they shall verify or use original content independently.
III. Multilingual Services and Legal Applicability

For professional email content involving law, contracts, medicine, etc., users should have it reviewed by professionals with appropriate language proficiency before using the English or Spanish version.
-
Sending Instruction: The Platform provides SMTP forwarding only for Chinese content. Users who wish to send English or Spanish emails shall complete the sending via their own email clients or third‑party email service providers, and bear all corresponding legal responsibilities independently.
IV. Special Statement on Email Forwarding Service
-
Nature of Forwarding Service: The SMTP email forwarding service provided by the Platform is a sending‑on‑behalf act commissioned by the user. The email content is confirmed and authorised by the user for sending; the Platform merely executes user instructions for technical delivery.
-
Attribution of Sending Behaviour: Although emails are sent via the Platform’s system SMTP servers, the attribution of intent, legal responsibility, and social impact of the email content rest with the user initiating the sending behaviour. The Platform, as a neutral technology service provider, assumes no liability for the content or sending behaviour.
-
Sending Restrictions: To ensure delivery rates and platform reputation, the Platform reserves the right to reasonably restrict daily sending volume, sending frequency, and recipient numbers. Users who violate these restrictions may have their forwarding services suspended or terminated.
-
Unsubscribe Mechanism: Emails forwarded by the Platform will include an unsubscribe link or instructions. The Platform shall record and block subsequent emails to addresses from which unsubscribe requests are submitted through that link. For emails sent by users through other channels (not forwarded by the Platform), the Platform assumes no responsibility for unsubscribe management.
-
Delivery Uncertainty: Email delivery is subject to various factors such as recipient mail server policies, network environment, anti‑spam mechanisms, etc. The Platform does not guarantee 100% delivery to the inbox and assumes no responsibility for emails landing in spam folders or being rejected.
-
Reporting and Suspension: If a recipient reports an email through the Platform’s reporting function and the report is verified to be valid, the Platform has the right to use technical means to block or hide that email content and suspend the user’s sending privileges. Users acknowledge that the Platform has such administrative authority.
V. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
-
Information Authenticity: Users shall ensure the truthfulness and legality of the sender name, contact details (including but not limited to phone, email, etc.), and other email content information they provide. If any legal disputes, complaints, claims, or penalties arise from impersonation, forged sender information, or provision of false information, the user shall bear full responsibility.
