Sending one email through the app uses 2 credits.

Creating a new HTML email, revising it with AI, and sending it use credits separately. The app shows the exact charge before each action.

After creating an email, add a recipient in the app to send it now or schedule it. EasyAImail can send emails in Chinese, English, or Spanish on your behalf. When you use EasyAImail delivery, the reply address you selected is CC'd on the message. The copy you receive includes the recipient's email address, so you have a record of the send. Paid users can also connect their own SMTP server.

Payment stays inside the app

After choosing a plan, you will continue in EasyAImail. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, and this website does not directly collect your card details.

Pricing FAQs

Do credits expire?

Yes, credits have an expiration date. We will send you email reminders before your credits expire. Please check the validity period in your account and use them in time to avoid loss. We recommend planning your purchase based on your usage frequency to prevent credits from sitting idle and expiring.

Can I get an invoice for the enterprise plan?

We currently do not provide invoices. All payment records can be downloaded as electronic receipts from your account's order page for your reference. For special requirements, please contact our customer support.

Is the payment secure?

Absolutely secure. Our payment channels utilize advanced encryption technology and strict risk control systems. Your payment information is encrypted and we do not store any sensitive card data. You can use it with confidence.

How do I request a refund?

In principle, refunds are not supported after purchase, as our service is a digital product that takes effect immediately. For exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment, system error), please contact our customer support team promptly. We will assign a specialist to review and handle your case. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by relevant proof.

Which currencies are supported?

We support payments in multiple major currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, and more. You can choose the most suitable currency for settlement based on the exchange rate at the time of payment, and the system will automatically convert it.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades are supported – you can switch to a higher-tier plan at any time to unlock more benefits. Downgrades are not recommended in principle, as exceeding the limits of the new plan may result in restricted functionality or additional charges. If you need to adjust, please evaluate your usage in advance or contact our support team for assistance.
