The core function of this Tool is to generate email content through artificial intelligence technology based on the email requirements you input. When you use the AI email generation function, we need to collect the text information you input, including but not limited to email subject, recipient information, email body requirements description, and other content.

Purpose of Collection:

  • To call the artificial intelligence model based on your input instructions to generate email content that meets your requirements;
  • To provide you with a conversation history record function, making it convenient for you to view and manage previously generated content at any time;
  • To continuously optimize our AI models and service quality.

Please note:

  • The email requirements you input are voluntarily provided by you, and you are responsible for the legality and authenticity of the input content;
  • AI‑generated content is automatically generated based on your instructions; we do not provide any guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of the generated content;
  • We will prominently mark the page of AI‑generated content with the words "This content is generated by AI".

3. Providing You with Email Template Matching and Selection Services

When you use the email template function, we need to recommend or match suitable email templates for you based on your email type and requirements.

Purpose of Collection:

  • To analyse your email type and requirements and intelligently match suitable templates;
  • To record your template selection preferences and optimise the recommendation algorithm.

4. Providing You with Email Forwarding Services (SMTP Sending on Behalf)

If you use the SMTP email forwarding service provided by this Tool, we need to collect the recipient's email address, email subject, and email body content you provide.

Purpose of Collection:

  • To send the email content to the designated recipients through the system's SMTP server in accordance with your instructions;
  • To record the email sending status for your convenience in checking the delivery results.

Please note:

  • The email forwarding service currently only supports Chinese content; English and Spanish emails must be sent by you independently;
  • We do not provide any guarantee that emails will be 100% delivered to the recipients' inboxes;
  • Recipient information is only used for email sending and will not be used for any other purposes.

(2) Providing You with Additional Functions or Services of this Tool

5. Complaint and Reporting Function

If you or a recipient submit a complaint through this Tool's complaint and reporting function, we need to collect the complaint content, complaint type, and images you upload.

Purpose of Collection:

  • To verify and process your complaint or report;
  • To take corresponding measures against non‑compliant emails or users.

6. Information Storage and Recording Function

For your convenience in viewing and managing historical records at any time, we will record your interaction records with this Tool, including the text information you input, generated email content, templates you have selected, etc.

Purpose of Collection:

  • To provide you with a historical record query function;
  • To facilitate you to continue editing or regenerating email content.

III. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

This Tool currently mainly relies on the local storage capabilities provided by browsers or clients and does not actively use Cookie technology. We may use local data caching functions to improve your user experience, including but not limited to:

  • Saving your login status to avoid repeated logins;
