Midnight Gilded Letterhead Recommendation Request

A formal email template for reaching out to a former manager you haven't spoken to in years to ask for a recommendation letter. The design uses midnight navy with antique gold and champagne foil, like a carefully handwritten letter. The structure first reconnects through shared memories, then explains your current situation and request, and finally offers clear boundaries and an easy way out. The body can be long, with a vertically repeating texture area in the middle so the main visual elements never stretch or crop. Links, signature email, and buttons are defined mobile-first, then enhanced for desktop with larger type and more whitespace. Suitable for AI drafting, editing, previewing, and exporting.
