Lilac Paper Price Adjustment Notice

A price adjustment notice email template for freelancers and small business owners writing to long-term clients. Lilac and smoky violet paper collage textures with pressed botanical accents keep a message about rates calm and respectful. The body uses a low-distraction paper texture and steady card layers, so longer details like pricing, effective dates, original scope, added work, publishing platforms, credit lines and data permissions all stay readable. Fixed top and bottom visuals tie directly to the notice, and the layout is mobile-first with larger type and spacing on desktop.
